- An assessment of contemporary concepts, principles, and ideas related to your selected area
- An evaluation of the principles and best practices associated with institutional effectiveness in that area
- Recommended practices that ensure high levels of institutional effectiveness in that area
- An assessment of how the improvement you are suggesting will impact academic program evaluation
- A plan for effective evaluation
- An analysis of the key features of evaluation models for the selected area
- The professional standards as guiding principles to make judgments and decisions for that area
