You have been tasked to help craft a strategy for the company. Use the Renewable Energy Corporation case (from Harvard) to research the company’s business model, internal resources, external environment, competitive landscape, and prior growth strategies in order to come up with your own recommendations. You may want to augment the information in the case with your own research to create a current state that will form the beginning of your future state, but it is not required.
